Privacy

OmanMap.org is a static website. We do not run user accounts, contact forms or advertising, but a few third-party services are involved when you view a page.

Google Analytics

All pages, including embedded maps, load Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) so we can count visits and see which pages are used. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies and receives information such as the pages you view, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), device and browser type, and referring site. We use this only in aggregate to improve the site. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy; you can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

Map tiles and libraries

Interactive maps load map tiles from OpenStreetMap's tile servers (tile.openstreetmap.org) and the Leaflet map library from unpkg.com. These services receive your IP address and standard request information when your browser fetches the files. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

What we do not do

• No advertising or affiliate tracking.
• No accounts, newsletters or forms — we do not collect names or email addresses.
• No sale of personal data.
